Fulfilling requisites of everyday life is essential and the same thing relates to Alumnis who must fulfil the need of their own Alma Mater. In fact, alumni viewed their college experience as a transformative stage in their life journey. This very experience has helped 25 member alumni committee of Utkalmani Gopabandhu Mahavidyalaya came forward to contribute for further beautification and development of the college.

Earlier at Utkalmani Gopabandhu Mahavidyalaya due to improper parking lot, the vehicles were parked in a disorganized manner which causes commotion during arrival and departure time in the college. Now the problem is being resolved thanks to the intervention of Mo College Abhijan flagship program which has encouraged the Alumnis to contribute for their own institution by creating a new parking lot.

The college is a live example of alumni connectivity with the institution as it builds a Parking Lot Shed of 80 ft long to accommodate near about 150 vehicles of all students and staff members. Mo College Abhiyan has truly supported this remarkable institution at Khamar, Angul. Besides this construction evolving the magnificent green garden inside the premises offers greenery which adds much relief to students who enjoys the surrounding while attending classes.

Nevertheless, Utkalmani Gopabandhu Mahavidyalay has set a bench mark for other Alumnis on how to evolve their own institution. The key emotion of giving back has been supported by Mo College Abhijan which has successfully offered a matching grant to this college. In one line it’s clear that emotive attachment of Alumnis to their alma mater is far stronger than attachment to any other thing in life.

The lending hand of Alumnis has certainly renovated the physical appearance of this esteemed educational hub and now the students take a sigh of relief as many of their college requirements are fulfilled.

Utkalmani Gopabandhu Mahavidyalaya has set its foot on the path of transformation journey. Besides getting new infra under Mo College Abhijan the college is all set to hold more  successful programs under MCAPS. Uniting the Alumnis with its Alma Mater has once again proves the successful Journey of Mo College Abhijan.
